A friend of mine who never comments on my posts but will call me whenever she has a comment (comment already!) called me yesterday and teased me about my dog’s coat. She thinks dog clothes are mean and animals don’t really like wearing clothes. I told her it’s better than him standing out there and shivering when he really needs to pee.

Not cruel, but not necessarily cute. Halloween costumes are the exception (although the hot dog costume on a dachshund is overdone).
