And I thought Charlie Chaplin was old when he fathered a child at age 73. This tuatara, a rare kind of lizard, is fathering baby lizards after 40 years of not showing interest in sex. The problem? A cancerous tumor underneath his genitals:
"I say that he had a personality transplant at the same time," Hazley
said Thursday. "If I had a tumor underneath my [genitals], when girls
were passing by, I’d be a very grumpy boy too."
Well, yeah. That goes without saying. Congratulations on your impending fatherhood, Henry!
