This is why I’m glad I don’t live in an apartment anymore. Rude dog owners who don’t pick up after their dogs. Well, that and I like having my own yard in case I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to pick up after my dog. Hey, it’s my yard.
The last apartment complex I lived in had so many rude dog owners that wouldn’t pick up after their dogs, that the property manager finally started fining people and sent out notes encouraging the residents to rat each other out whenever they saw someone not cleaning up after their dog.
And it still didn’t really help much. Ugh. Pick up after your dogs, people!

I'm with you on people not picking up after their dogs. I always carry extra bags with me when I walk my dog just in case I see an offender. Then I walk up to them and force a plastic bag in their hands while saying sweetly,"oh here you go, you must have forgotten you bag!"
